Because each piece is made and prepared with care, all sales are final. This means I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Orders are shipped every Wednesday and Friday. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey and see the estimated delivery date.

Your order will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout, so please double-check that all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Once a carrier marks your order as delivered, it is considered successfully completed. I’m unable to take responsibility for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages, but I recommend reaching out to your carrier and checking with your leasing office, mailroom, or neighbors, as it may have been received for you.

If your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at watercolorcarmie@gmail.com. Be sure to include photos of the item and its packaging so I can help sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
